Shipping

All items are manually checked before shipping and will be shipped out with 7 working days. Unless stated on the listing. 

Remember some items will need assembly.

Rattan Deliveries 
All garden furniture Is delivered free of charge via a 2 man delivery service. 

Delivery will be Monday - Friday with a 9am - 5pm window. 

Items will need to be set up by yourself. 

Pallet Delivery Service - Northern Ireland Only 
Garden sets will be made via a pallet delivery. This is to ensure your order arrives safely in perfect condition. 

You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a convenient day ( excluding Saturday / Sunday and Bank Holidays ).

The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry into your property or wheel the pallet across any gravel driveways. 

He will also not be able to unpack your items or take away the pallet. 

The driver will wheel the pallet as far as physically possible (in some cases may be kerbside).
